lol, not entirely sure how i got roped into this one.
actually, no - that's a lie. i know exactly how i got roped into this one.

more things to be grateful for: random breaks in storms, flowerpot scones and boyfriends who make detours. oh, and well-timed changes in daylight savings :P
last minute decision to trek up to the blue mountains for the day with bf & co. and it was awesome. came very close to being an all day eating fest, but decided at the last minute to go to sublime lookout. so glad we did because it was so pretty and natural and amazing with the distant storm looming towards us.

got back to sydney in time for dinner and the script concert with uni peeps
thus, my march/april concert madness draws to a close :(
what a fortunate cookie! ed sheeran, the script and jason mraz. awe-inspiring performance, great vibe and lovely company in that order.
as always, enjoyed my car ride home with janice "my, so much has changed in the last year" liew. :D
late night conversations in the car with janice also rates very highly in my gratitude diary.

so much to be grateful for.
can't wait to see what this weekend brings...

one of many things to go into my recent gratitude diary is rekindling old loves. and that includes my love for these three, right here. i'm just so grateful that, though my love has waxed and waned over the years, we're in love in this moment :)
you guys are awesome.
you make me laugh and you make me fat and you make me addicted to caffeine in the best possible ways. can't wait to share more of these moments, whether it be impromptu bra shopping, befriending or befriending the staff, pretentious coffee orders, not talking about people or, hahaha, drooling together...i miss you already <3

love me some museums :D
went to the musuem of contemporary art (the rocks) to check out the Anish Kapoor exhibit on its last day (thanks to Jan's sis's recommendation)
some of the pieces were sooooo very cool.
then we checked out some of the other exhibits and...wow, sometimes art is so subjectively what. the. hell. & why?
but i guess that's also why i love art. makes me feel/think things even if its not what the artist originally intended.
